Vodacom insurance dissatisfaction

I am very upset with vodacom insurance. I have a contract with Vodacom from middle 2019. I tried contacting Vodacom numerous times(VIA email amd website) trying to take out insurance on my new device just to get empty promises saying someone will contact me and still up to today NO ONE has contact me back. Just so- my phone got ****** lastweek and now I have no insurance and no phone?!. This is the most pathetic service from Vodacom. I will never recommend them to anyone EVER!
