Vodacom insurance

In August last year I completed an upgrade on my Vodacom contract at a Vodacom shop at Southgate Mall. I completed the insurance form for my new device to insured. In Jan This I noticed that the monthly was lower than normal, I then contacted Vodacom and I told that my insurance was cancelled in December 2019 and when by who I was told by the system. I was advise the consulted that the insured Premiere for December was paid back into my account hence the lower subscription. The consultant I dealt with advised me to contact their insurance department for further detail. I then called the insurance department on two separate occasions , I held on for over 15minutes each occasion to be assisted. Fast-forward March 2020, I noticed that my subscription had increased by close to R300 and wanted to know why. I called the Vodacom customer care on the 1st of April 2020 and advised that the reason for the increase in my subscription was due to the insurance, I was flabbergasted to find that the insurance was re-instated without my knowledge as what I knew was that it had been cancelled. I was then advised by the consultant assisted that in need to contact the insurance department and I blatantly refused as I previously contacted that department and held on for over 15minutes without my call being taken. I made clear to the consulted that I want my money to be reimbursed as Vodacom decided to cancel my contract and re-instate it without my knowledge.I spoke them leader and he able to transfer me to a consulted by the name of Lerato in insurance department of which she was no assist and I was up hauled by the level or lack service provided by Lerato. I requested to transfer me to her Team leader or Manager I wanted someone senior to deal with my escalation, then kept me on hold and later transferred to another agent who first identified himself as an agent not a Team leader when to speak to a Team leader, he then claimed that he was a team leader. He then hung up on me. Its been three days and no one from Vodacom has contacted me with regards to my query. I have been a Vodacom customer for over 10 years and the service received pathetic to say the least. I want the two insurance payments to be reimbursed and insurance cancelled.

My Issue has not been resolved. I am being send from Pillar to post to get my money to be allocated. I have been following since the 20th of April 2020. The feedback i get is that i need to wait for lock down to end for my money to be allocated. As big as Vodacom is as an institution , they can not get someone in their finance or credit department to credit the money into my account. The appalling service i get from service continues and know one is making an effort to resolve my query.
