Vodacom insurance ****** and bad stuff attitudes

Am canceling my contract with vodacom am not happy with their service and their stuff attitude the lady who assisted firstly didnt want to do my claim she requested things that were nit needed and after 4 years of having a contract with them i will never encourage anyone to take a contract with them i made a claim yesterday my claim was dismissed cause i last used my sim card last month end lost my phone earlier January after paying insurance for a year now i need to pay for something i dont have i will never take contract with them anymore mind me i have never missed anypayments and
