VODACOM INSURANCE ******

Since October 2020 I have been battling to cancel insurance on a contact. PS, never have I asked for insurance, Never have I signed for insurance. emailed, abbout 8 times Called (with proof) about 5 times Today had 2 phones at once ringin *** after more than 30 min I had to hang up, I just could not take it anymore. I feel the urge knock somebody out !!! my ears are rining and have a terrible pain, but end of it all...STILL NO REPLY NOR HELP FROM THIS FREAKING ****** !!! And that is how they get away with this ..by not even picking up their phone so we have to give up.
