Vodacom insurance company is a **** 😡
I got a phone as a present in 2023. Then I decided to insure with Vodacom. I have been paying my premiums very well. In September 2025 that phone got damaged then I went to Vodacom to claim so that I can fix my phone, until today 20 November 2025 I did not get any help regarding my claim. No one is able to help me .its been 3months since I went to Vodacom but still no response. Vodacom help me to fix my phone or pay back my premiums. I want my money 😠😠. Vodacom customers be careful Vodacom insurance is a ****. Don’t fall for them or u will cry like me.
