Vodacom Insurance Claim

I have bought an iPhone 7 in 2017 February 06, and the it was insured as well. I have my cell missing on 17.09.2018 and forwarded a claim application on 19.09.2018 Claim feedback is provided, stating that the claim is declined and reason being that they have covered an iPhone 4s which i was bought by boyfriend whom now is my husband in 2012 under MTN, off which now that were the confusion starts, how was it going to be possible for Vodacom to insure a phone that was bought under a different network that is not even in my own account . I also want to know how possible that i would insure a 2012 4s a over an iphone 7? In other words Vodacom is saying to me I have been paying insurance from 2017 till current for a wrong device and these stories do not even calculate or make sense. How do you guys know about 4s which was bought in 2012 by a different person all together with a different network. I took an iphone 6s August 2016 which i have even settled it, then 2017 i took an iphone 7, February 2017 and top up with insurance.

Why did Vodacom blacklist my contract number before even checking if really my phone is insured course when i reported my phone missing they asked if the number was insured, asked for the number and my ID number after bringing my profile what did they see and why was i not being told then during my first point of contact that what they see in-front of them is not what it is.

Please help me to resolve the matter. The details of the claim are as follows: IMEI -3 ********** 1-501 Contract No. ********** Current contact: ********** -296
