Vodacom Insurance Claim

Vodacom device Insurance is full of nonsense and it's useless (it's more of making extra money for the Network than to assist customers), I'm now considering reporting the matter to ICASA. I have been paying premiums for the past two years without fail and they are going to deduct at end of the month for the insurance that does not exist.

I requested them for the original contract which I signed for the terms of insurance contract but they can't provide and now they dictate the terms of the claim.uu
Someone assist me with the procedure of lying a complaint with ICASA.

I laid a dispute for the rejected claim and it was escalated to management but I received the same sloppy story.

SEE BELOW MY STORY BELOW

I intial bought my contract phone through Nashua Modile in 2014 it was an HTC One. I had taken an insurance for phone through Nashua. However all Nashua clients were transferred to Vodacom and my phone was contract with Vodacom including the insurance. I was only informed through an email that my contract was now gonna be transferred to Vodacom. The conditional of the insurance were ever communication. On 02/12/2016 I took my phone for repairs and it was indicated that my phone was beyond economical repair and as a result a claim should be made to the insurance for a new phone. I have been paying my insurance for the last two years without fail or compromise knowing it will cover me when my phone gets damaged. I took my phone for repairs because it had a broken screen and the on/off power are not working. It was a surprise when i was informed by the Vodacom insurance that they are rejecting the claim because i was not using the contracted starter pack on the contracted phone. The insurance will do everthing in their power not to pay for the claim because they are ********* and they deceive.

How does a cracked screen have to do with a starter pack. When i took my contract phone i was insuring my phone not the starter pack. This is like claiming for a car insurance and they tell you that they reject the claim because you were using Engen petrol instead of Sasol. This is ***** and they are abusing the system for personal gain. They dont care about you as a client. Nashau Modile never gave me the conditions of the claim. Vodacom Insurance are bringing the starter pack issue which has nothing to do with reason for the claim. I will not tell this issue to, iam appealing this misconduct.
