Vodacom Insurance cancellation Nightmare

I have cancelled my vodacom phone insurance on the 28th of November 2020. I was told I will not be charged from December going foward to my surprice Iam billed for december 2020. I phoned the insurance department i was told the agent handling my cancellation did not finalised the cancellation and i will be given credit shortly. I am still waiting for my credit
