Vodacom insurance , biggest **** ! Stay away 😡

Vodacom insurance is the biggest **** . Took my iPhone 11 for repairs at Vodacom Clearwater mall and was told it’s beyond repairs , so I should come back and get a new phone . Policy indicetes , I will get same new phone . I went to the store to get the same phone but it’s apparently discontinued, asked for a 12, a 13 but was told they are also discontinued, and out of stock so the only phone available is the iPhone 14 Which requires a access and betterment fee of R7000. Went to a different store and was told the same thing . Why am I paying for the stores not having stock? it’s not my fault that it’s not my fault.Called the online insurance department, and explained everything but they did not help, they just said I should take another brand phone , since I don’t have the money . But I insured a iPhone so I believe I should get what I insured and paid for Now I’m left phoneless , because of this . Guys just don’t go for this insurance, it’s pointless You have lost a more customer of more than 15 years !
