Vodacom insurance - bad repair service

Cracked screen - I sent my iPhone 8 in for an insurance claim for a cracked screen. After 5 days I get a sms that it'll be another 5-7 working days = 2 weeks to have a cracked screen repaired?

Thank you for your response, however, getting through to that number is a challenge, and once I did, they could not help me, they had no record of my 'claim' On contacting the store again, with the reference number, they couldn't help we, I eventually go to the repair centre, who said they can't help me, the phone has only just arrived ..... 5 days .... and they in turn would need 7-14 days!!! Wow, for a cracked screen!! Vodacom service is bad, but more so I think the Vodacom insurance is even a bigger *******, despite what they say on the call centre line while you're on hold! Apple stores, at main stores its a walk in service, others a 3 day service. And can you please confirm that the screen will be replace with a genuine screen as supp**** by Apple
