VODACOM INSURANCE
I'm struggling to cancel my Vodacom Insurance since August 2020. They still deduct my money every month after I requested it to be cancelled! Phoning in is a joke, every time I get the consultants details and they promise I will get a sms to confirm cancellation. Needless to say I'm still waiting and the debit orders just keeps on going off! I'm fed up and would like to warn you to STAY AWAY once you get it you are stuck with it!

11 Jun 2021, 12:53Its now 17 days after I've written the bad review regarding the cancellation of my insurance. Guess what, today I receive my bill and once again Vodacom is taking my money! This after they contacted me and promised me my insurance is cancelled and I will get a refund! They are busy *****ing my money! I've had enough! Thanks for NOTHING! False promises and nothing came out of it!
