Vodacom Insurance

I purchased a phone from Vodacom with insurance. I then purchased another phoned and used the second phone with my Vodacom sim. I retained the first phone as a spare phone but recently dropped the phone and cracked the screen. As I still pay insurance on this phone I handed in the phone with Vodacom repairs. My claim was rejected as I am not currently using my sim in the phone, even though I purchased the phone and insurance from Vodacom. So Vodacom will gladly take your money but will when you claim use any excuse not repair your phone. I will in future add phones to my short term insurance as Vodacom is not to be trusted.
