Vodacom insurance

I bought an iphone from vodacom and insured it with vodacom insurance and my phone got lost then I reported it and send everything to vodacom to claim a new phone and it was approved so they said I must go to any vodacom store to get a new iPhone 6s when I get there they don't have that phone is out of stock and they don't even know when they are going to have it, and I went to 4 stores already when I asked the insurance what to do in this case they said I must go around and look for that phone and buy it myself and send them proof they will pay me, which I don't have that kind of cash then I said I better get a phone that is available in the stores an iPhone I will top up because I cannot leave without a phone under this lockdown situation because everything that I need is on my iCloud account I can't communicate with my colleagues, my employer not to mention my family so vodacom insurance has failed me and they said if you have many insurance they are the first to pay how because now I am stucked and I only rely on them and I cannot take any other phone except the iPhone for the reason I stated above so please help me I am desperate, and for this experience I cannot encourage anyone to do business with them especially their insurance they are ***** and ******
