Vodacom Insurance

Last year, the 6th of November I took a double deal contract of 2 iPhone 15 with Game of which Vodacom is a service provider that works along with them and the deal was that for both phone the monthly instalment is R1550 and I also added insurance on both phone, not with Vodacom but GAME insurance and then I received a phone call from one of the Vodacom consultants(cannot recall the exact date but between the 20th and 21th of November) this so called consultants said she was phoning to welcome me to Vodacom and to check if both SIM cards were working and if I wanted to add a caller ID whatsoever and she asked me whether do want to take insurance and I told her no because I had already taken one with Game then this so called consultant added the insurance without my consent, at first I didn’t notice this when they tried to debit in December an amount of R2000 because I thought they had included prorata since I took the phones in November.I only noticed when they tried to debit in January an amount of R4400 on my account instead of R3100( December and January instalment) then I called them to inquire about it and they told me there’s an insurance that was added on which makes me even angry because I never said I want their insurance and I didn’t even get any insurance documents from them on the 1st place because if I did I would be in this mess and now they sending me statements saying my account is in errors and I asked them to fix this and give me the correct billing statement of which if they don’t, am not gonna pay them a cent. In total the amount which I owe them including this months instalment should be R4650 but they have sent a billing saying it will be R6000. That is why most people run away from paying Vodacom because they **** people by adding things that we never agreed to. I believe that when you take insurance telephonically, disclaimers must be done and documents must be sent as well of which non of these thing were done. Vodacom if you don’t fix this and keep telling me stories when I call you am not gonna pay a cent
