Vodacom insurance

HelloPeter,

Please help.. I bought a contract deal of two iPhone7 at Incredible Connection on 2 September 2020.. I went to Vodashop Highveld Mall immediately and requested them to insure both phones.. The lady completed two forms and assured me that she will send both forms to Vodacom insurance.. Last week I took one of the phones in for repairs of a cracked screen and I was shocked to learn that only one phone was insured while two forms were completed.. Please help.. I'm frustrated..Thanks
