Vodacom insurance

On 20 November 2021, I lost my iPhone 13 Pro and immediately reported the issue, I went to the police station in Potchefstroom on the 21st to get an affidavit and they told me that they'll call me to get the affidavit. I fetched it on the 4th of December because I was still writing my exams. I went straight to Vodacom (Mooirivier Mall), I had my permission letter from my dad, affidavit and my ID, I basically had all they needed there. The consultant asked me what phone was I looking for and I said the exact same phone and he said it was out of stock and he is not sure when the phones will come and I told him that he must take my number and call me. I then told him that I want to process my claim because I had everything with me and he said I can't go on with the claim because the cellphone is out of stock. The whole of December till January, I didn't receive any calls from the Vodacom shop, I went to the Vodacom shop in Matlosana Mall on January and told them that they can give me the iPhone 13 with a larger space and they agreed and said that they should check my claim, there was no claim processed and now it's my fault that I did not claim but I was told by one of the their Vodacom consultants that if there was no stock they couldn't claim it and on top of that I have been waiting for them to call me back. My dad took this to Scorpion Legal Protection and we've been waiting for them also. Hello Peter is my last hope because now I don't know what to do.
