Vodacom insurance
Called vodacom insurance @10:33am this morning
Holding on the line for almost 30min. 8min of that call I'm listening to a vodacom agent watching TV and not attending to my call!!!! After repeatingly saying hello and getting no response, I ended the call!
I have never seen such useless service in my life!
