Vodacom Insurance!!!
If you don't want to get migraine please avoid vodacom insurance! I had a horrible experience and they are even ignoring my calls! They don't want to cancel my insurance however they are treating me like trash!!!

16 Sept 2020, 10:24My heart bleeds because of the recent experience I had with Vodacom repair center in Fourways. I took my phone in for repairs because my screen was freezing. They told me that my phone couldn't switch on so they had to send it to their main branch. The main branch gave the report that my phone can't switch on and they can't tell me what real problem is!! I called vodacom insurance and I was told the claim has been declined because there's no physical damage on my phone and they took the report they got from the repair center. I called the repair center to get the proper report and they told me that they will give me a call back! I'm still waiting for father Christmas!!!! Called vodacom repair center today and I was told iPhone don't get fixed, they can only be replaced. I had to cancel the insurance because they refused my claim without getting the proper report from the repair centre...
I have been a loyal customer to vodacom for more than 12 years. Trust me I can't wait to terminate my 2 contracts with them. Ke sharp!!!!
