Vodacom Insurance

<p>I have emails dating back to October 2016 requesting cancellation of the Vodacom Insurance on my cellhphones, I have even gone into the Menlyn branch and requested a cancellation via a form, and still today not one peron acknolwdeged my request or cancelled the request. I am so sick of runnigna round always following up, what happened to client service. As part of treating customers fairly I expect a full refund from the inital email sent to cancel the insurance.</p>
