Vodacom insurance

<p>my iphone6 screen cracked took it for vodacom repair before Christmas 3 close to 4 weeks later they return without being repaired. ( so I could actually had my phone over festive period) Anyway they tell me I qualify for a new phone to value 7000 but should pay excess of 700 which is 10%. I get to vodacom store sandton where they don't have iPhone 6 (being faced out- that's what I am told!!!) but they had iPhone 6s value of 7999 which I thought ok I need to cover 999. BUT no!!! Vodacom insurance tells me I need to pay excess of 3200!!! So can somebody help here! How do we move from 700 to 3200 I don't understand the Maths </p>
