Vodacom Insurance
Good day,
I have a contract phone with Vodacom and on the 28 of August 2020 i took my phone to Vodacom for repairs and they told me that my claim was rejected due to the fact that my account was on a pre legal status and i was never informed that the insurance was cancelled i only found out about it when the insurance rejected my claim.

There was no contact my phone is still at Vodacom repairs and the repairs centre says I must contact my insurance my insurance says they wont pay , I would advise anybody who is still about to make a purchase at Vodacom to think twice . My case is all over the show unresolved.

May somebody help me Vodacom insurance is refusing to pay out my phone while the insurance money is still deducted on my account I don't know what to say anymore . And Vodacom is claiming that my insurance was cancelled but m still charged for the insurance.
