Vodacom Insurance

Took my phone to repairs and was advised that it would not be fixed and I had to pay a 15% excess fee from the insurance consultant, this was 22 January 2019 and I agreed to pay. (FYI insurance consultant advised that my claim has been approved). I went to 2 Vodacom stores on different days using my petrol, on the first occasion(2 Feb 2019) I was told my claim which is approved as per the insurance consultant was still pending and I had to return on Monday(4 Feb 2019) since Vodacom has switched insurance companies, on the 2nd occasion(5 Feb 2019) I went to the 2nd store which is close to where I work, we tried to call ********** while I was in the store to get the new device and the number was not working. I am still calling this number and not getting an answer. Advice to anyone, please do not use Vodacom for anything as they are quick to debit my account for a phone that I am not even using but do not have the decency to resolve a simple query.
