Vodacom Insurance
On 07 Mar 2023 morning, I wrote a review about the Vodacom Insurance as follows:
I received iPhone 14 Pro mid-January 2023. It was ****** on 11 February 2023. I reported and blacklisted it at the Vodacom Shop The Grove on 12 February 2023. Last week I called Vodacom just to check if the device was still blacklisted, during the call I was informed that it was insured. I then collected all required documents to claim, but the claim was rejected due to a sim card. The insurance was for the device, which was lost. But now Vodacom rejects the claim as I used another Vodacom sim which is a contract under my name. I know insurances always find ways to disapprove, but this is stooping too law Vodacom.
On 07 Mar 2023 afternoon, I was responded with a general comment that I will be contacted, up to date, I have not received any call from Vodacom. This clearly shows that they do not care but pretend to be doing something. As long as they are able to deduct money from a client at the end of each month, they are covered. They do not give a damn about the end user.
@Vodacom, please do not paste the same message as below as it does not assist but show the incompetency in your service:
