Vodacom Insurance

Honestly I am beginning slowly but surely starting to hate this network. I took a contract out through a different cell company and they are associated with Vodacom. My application went smoothly and I read each and every document thoroughly to be sure I am not being lured into something more. I also went for that stores insurance as well as I found it reliable compared to Vodacom. And as per protocol the people from that insurance contacted me to confirm my details and so on. I was on leave only resumed work on the 6th of December. To my surprise as I opened my emails I came across Vodacom Insurance, being all skeptical I went through the wording and came to realize that it had all incorrect information on it so all worried and so I went through to Vodacom to try and sort this out and they insisted that I took out the insurance. To cut the story short. I have been going back and forth with them trying to make sure they do not charge me for something I never app**** for. I have spoken to several consultants and all of them claim I took the insurance out at a Vodacom store in West gate mall. Firstly I reside in Pretoria and have never been to that mall. And secondly I never went to a vodacom store to take out and insurance. Two consultants confirmed that there are no records of them calling me to confirm insurance and also no documentation showing I app****. But till this day no one has ever contacted me and I have been charged a ridiculous amount for that insurance. I want my money back in my account. I am going to report ***** to my bank and let them know about this issue I will rather pay you cash myself and stop the debit order cause you seem to be using our bank statements to do as you please with our money. Yoh honesty I regret taking a contract with you guys. I fail to understand how a big company like yours can have such ill minded consultants

I have heard that sentence before of a consultant will call you back or that your query has been escalated. Yoh I swear everyone that works in there knows that particular sentence. You guys are bad at attending problems but when it comes to sales you run for the call. I want my money back by Monday or the will be hell I am telling you. This automated reply ain't going to calm me down if you think so.
