Vodacom insulted me for choosing them.

Not only Vodacom stole from me, they also insulted, patronized and made mockery of me. First I take out a contract with them since I have been for many years. Then they give me a two refurbished iPhones which didn’t last a year both of them. I lodge a complaint about it and I am contacted by a guy by the name of Lulamile under reference 1- ********** ********** who said I must go to Menlyn Maine voda shop and speak to Lindy. I took my time and went there hoping for some resolution that has sense. Guess what, I was just made to regret for choosing to take my hard earned money to Vodacom. I was just insulted for choosing Vodacom out of all the other networks. This was the biggest mistake and I will make sure that everyone does not make the same mistake. Vodacom can just enjoy whatever little money they are getting for this contract because that’ll be the last of my money they tasted. I am porting out as soon as it’s done and never look back. I don’t even think you will be in business long enough if this is how you do business.
