Vodacom injustice

In 2019 February I settled my contract account with Vodacom. June they send me an invoice. I requested explaination of the invoice. Vodacom had no answers for me while I'm waiting for them to give clarity. They blacklisted me. I then engaged with their lawyers Hammond and Pol. Even their appointed lawyers could not get clarity on the matter. Vodacom requested documents from me proof of payment etc and said they will investigate. Two months passed no respond. I opted to go to vodaworld in hope to meet with their legal people. Was told I could not, the agent was kind enough he made calls to cancelation and accounts. One department kept on sending us to the other.

Eventually I was told the matter seats with other lawfirm Jacob and Barnard. I have provided the current lawyers with all documents I have as prove of payment. We now on a second month since my submission to the current lawyers even they haven't received any feed back from vodacom.

I seat here 20 months later black listed with no form of communication from vodacom no clear answer to me or to even their lawyers regarding the amount they claim I owe them.

I have never seen such injustice, I can't do a thing credit score is bad because of this blacklisting.
