VODACOM *****ing money with unauthorised subscriptions

Vodacom allowing subscriptions to take consumer's airtime without the consumer's consent I suddenly found a sms to say that I had subscribed to RTST. I did not do that and I dont even know what it is. I see I am not the only person that has complaints about this. Vodacom needs to reimburse me for any charges that went off my account, as I did not give authorisation for this. Suddenly I have no data ... since this "subscription" and I have never NOT had data in the last 6 years that I had my contract.. I dialed *135*997#, that was on the sms to unsubscribe..... As per previous peoples complaints: We digged deeper into the messages and saw that sms's were sent where its free for 1 day and thereafter you pay a (~R15 or more etc) PER DAY. To unsubscribe, you have to click on a link. Sometimes you dont look at your messages as you are busy and look at it the next day or two. I am surprised that Vodacom is allowing such sms's/subscriptions to have access to their customer's airtime/money where its is taken without the consumer's consent. A consumer has the right to choose their subscriptions and not receive a sms and have a timeline to unsubscribe for something that the consumer did not even subscribe for in the first place. This makes one wonder, how safe your airtime/data is with Vodacom as it can get depleted by Vodacom allowing sms's subscriptions to have access to your airtime without your consent. This makes me want to change from Vodacom to another provider...

Dear Vodacom, thank you for immediately phoning me and resolving the issue. Although it does remains worrysome that 3rd party providers has access to our VODACOM accounts. Vodacom should investigate this as NO one should be able to have access to automatically bill our vodacom aco****s
