Vodacom *****ing from the poor ordinary people for self enrichment.
Vodacom has been ****ming their customers for years and refuses to take responsibility for it, instead they play the game of sending you round and round in circles without addressing, OR EVEN ATTEMPT TO DO SO, the actual issues or allow me to speak to a person that can actually do something or at least have the decency to come back to be on queries. Well I have have had enough and at my age maybe jail for the rest of my life would be better than this everlasting ******* acts by Vodacom. Vodacom the below quote by James Baldwin has relevance. THE MOST DANGEROUS CREATION OF ANY SOCIETY IS THE MAN WHO HAS NOTHING LOSE!!!

07 Apr 2025, 18:08According to person that called me it is a business decision of Vodacom NOT to honor their contracts but to change them as they wish at the cost of their customers. The fact that it is a 24 months fixed contract does not concern them at all, but changes contract terms in terms of price, term and agreed service in terms of the contract, WITHOUT ANY AGREEMENT FROM THE OTHER PARTY IN THE CONTRACT.
The discussion included a challenge to take the matter further with ICASA and the law. So that is what i will have to do.
