VODACOM- INEFFICIENT,WASTE OF TIME& GROSS MISREP

Vodacom is advertising a business contract that I had approached them about last week. When I called thier call center, Im informed that they do not do Red Business deals on the phone even though its advertised and I must go into a store. I then have the most frustrating experience at the VODASHOP FOURWAYS MALL store. They get me to fill out all the forms and when i ask for the deal, they push a more expensive deal and tell me that they do not have the deal number. They failed to tell me this before I filled out the forms! They then asked me on 3 occasions to screen shot the deal from the VODACOM website to them which I did and they would get back to me.I haven't heard back from VODASHOP FOURWAYS- I will never go to this store again and would advise you to think twice before engaging these unprofessional agents! I then go back to the call center and they ask me to send them screen shots of the deal from the VODACOM website.I conform to all they requests and we go back and forth for days. A manager calls me yesterday to say it will be done today.Today Im told the deal cant be done after a week. I will NEVER use VODACOM- you have lost a business client& MULTIPLE contracts.SHOCKING!!
