Vodacom Indifferent Service

Rude unhelpful staff on the telephone and disinterested staff at Hyde Park shop. Unable to get anyone to help me cancel some items on my late wife's contract even though I am a certified executor of the estate. Have been paying a large amount for services not needed or used. Worse attitude than many government entities. They have a take it or leave it attitude. This poor service after more than 20 years of being a customer.
