Vodacom increasing prices with no warning
Vodacom all of a sudden increased their prices with 5.3%. My monthly bill is now more. I got no communication about this. I signed a contract with you guys to pay a certain amount each month for 2 years. Where can I get a copy of my signed contract?
Your call centre is non existent as NO ONE answers again, second week in a row.
You guys charge me R239 a month for 1gb of data. And now it is R251.
You are going to lose customers.
Please send me my contract, I will go through it, word for word, and see if you can suddenly change the agreed upon monthly price.

04 Apr 2022, 15:38Hi, I was not sent any sms to notify me about the price change. I just searched my sms's and nothing. Vodacom didn't inform me.
Itis only R25 but still, it feels like Vodacom is robbing me. I signed a contract for a fixed amount each month. Increase new prices not existing contracts.
Maybe it's time to leave vodacom after 20 years. At vodacom the customer is wrong.
