Vodacom increases and add-ons

I had contracts with MTN for 10+ years. Never had my payments increased middle of contract period. Vodacom increases payments after 12 months of 24 month contract. This has now happened on my last 4 x 2 year contracts. AND to top this of they just add insurance, Clip and whatever to the payment. To stop this i have to phone Customer service. They dont answer ! Left me hanging for over an hour !
