Vodacom increased contract without consent.

Vodacom migrated 3 contracts without consent, in the initial call my husband requested an email with details regarding the changes to review as the call was unclear but the agent never confirmed the email address to where these documents must be sent, my husband also told the agent that once he receive the email she can call him back the following day between 16h00 and 17h00 and he will confirm if he agrees to the migration or not of which he did not get a call to verbally confirm this. He also asked numerous times what he is currently paying on the contract which the agent failed to communicate, all she could communicate was what the new subscription/price will be. So she just went ahead and migrated 3 contract without confirmation which led to costing us more money, is this not against the popia act. This is how a customer of 20years is treated. My husband only cleary stated he does not want to pay more than what he is paying now on the contracts, so where did the agent get the go ahead to increase the 3 contracts. Calls are recorded, we want a copy of that call that states the agent can go ahead. We are also in contact with ICASA where a complaint will be laid against vodacom.
