Vodacom increase contract price by 18% mid-contract.

Vodacom increased my contract price by 18% mid-contract. I first thought this is a mistake, but after speaking to several Vodacom agents it does not seem to be the case. Absolutely shocking!

Good day, According to your website this is the increases for each price plan: http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/pricing-guide/ Why did my contract increase by 18% if the increase stated on your website is only R3, or 1.1%? Regards
