Vodacom - Incorrect Billing & Poor Service

It has been 3 weeks since my account was incorrectly debited with an amount. I called in I logged a debit order as per your fibre department for only my mobile numbers to be re-debited. I was then re-debited the whole incorrect amount again. I had that reversed as per your legal department Ashwin Abrahams when he suggested I do this and then he will reverse all debit order charges as well as update my credit record, to which I am waiting on clarity. Today I get another call stating my account is in arrears. Your fiber department charged me for an interim modem that was not in use anymore as my fiber had gone live in May already. Now I have to sit with people telling me that they have escalated and your managers telling me that they are going to escalate a consultant who refused to give me her name as well as various other *********** people who have promised to call me and who have promised for 3 weeks to sort this problem out and what happens today....I get a damn phone call saying I am in arrears which i am not !!!! Your fibre department have billed me incorrectly of which they have acknowledge and I have on calling recording!!!!!! Then the lady from Fibre (manager) tells me she is going to escalate the matter again! After I was told that someone was sitting sorting out my account a week and half ago. This is affecting my credit record and my status with my bank because you are debiting the wrong amounts and then I get told I will be credited once you sort it out????? So who is going to cover the rest of my accounts because clearly the debit order is loaded again with the incorrect amount....so can I ask Standard Bank to debit you for my credit card I wont be paying. I have never experienced service of this level in my life. Why do I have to fight to have my account sorted out. Its absolutely disgusting!!! I have been sent from pillar to post without any resolution!!!
