vodacom incorrect billing causing issues

I have trying for a period of almost a year nou to get a statement from vodacom as I took a contract for internet so it was R239 plus insurance for the device purchased once off. Now at long last i got a statement as they have moved me from debit order to cash as i earn comm and not always on the same date. So the stetemen says my monthly charge is R660 for equipment plus vat Surely vodacom cannot charge me this much money if the cut off my services in month 3 after i stopped paying after i asked for my monthly statement. I enq at branch and they said i have been handed over to legal why i asked they tried calling but to no avail. I want a full statement from inception as i disputed the charges from the 3rd month i did not receive my statements. So vodacom i have since lost my job and still want a full breakdown from inception downloaded from the system as excel will not work for me.
