Vodacom *********** stuff, Vodacom Products & Product Adverti*****t

After being sent from Piller to Post from December 2020 by Vodacom outlets in the Eastrand (Festival Mall, Eastrand Mall & Carnival), I finally walked into at least one Vodacom shop that knows their stuff at Benoni Lakeside Mall (not people you have to remind what Vodacom product offerings are over & over and even then, when they don't know how to help you they want to offer you something you did not ask for). When I walked into Lakeside Mall on 13/2/2021 I felt I was at Vodacom shop that knew their thing and all I asked for was for a Sim Data Contract with two extra Multi Sim cards, Koestie (lovely lady who helped me) simply asked one question from her Store Manager and 10 minutes later I walked out of that shop thinking Final this is a person who knows her stuff. Imagine being frustrated for nearly three months for a Vodacom Data Contract when there is so many competitors around (You must be a real Vodacom fan). It is also my suggestion however that Vodacom needs to invest on its staff and upskill them to Koestie's level of competence and better still advertise their products such as the product I refer to herein (I bet not many people know Vodacom offers this product whilst your competitors are milking it offering the same). Well done Koestie, a well deserved 5 Star Rating for you.
