Vodacom *********** staff No assistance with call centre

For the love of me not having a heart attack, how many times must I try to sort out a change of ownership due to a the contract holder that is now deceased.

I hope I have to explain this for the last time...... Attempt 1000.

Perhaps if I number the story for you some one at Vodacom can understand what to do and sort out the contracts....

1) On 15 January 2017 my mother in-law passed away.
2) She had 2 contracts
3) One was hers
4) one she took out for me
5) the one that she used is not being used any more (Remember she is now deceased she can not use the phone any more)
6) the other number that she took out for me is still being used by me (I am still alive)
7) The number that was hers (the person that is deceased) was due for upgrade in November 2017 but was never upgraded.
8) The one that I am using was upgraded in November (I still want to use it I am still alive)
9) after several phone calls to Vodacom speaking to from Legal department to customer care the person that was suppose to assist me suspended both contacts. I went and paid both contracts at a Vodacom store as no one can assist me due to the fact that the debit order did not go off the correct account as per several attempts via email (with ref #)and phoning to change the banking details.(Note that the bank account's for the person that passed away have been “Frozen” due to her being deceased).
10) Driving up and down to Vodacom shops and phoning I finally got the number that I am using to be able to make and receive phone calls again.
11) Went to a Vodacom shop to do the change of ownership
12) after a week of phoning an following up the contract (The one I am using) was still not updated to the details provided in store for change of ownership.
13) Several attempts to fix this phoning Vodacom I was informed to go back to a Vodacom store and ask them to phone Vodacom call centre to assist with the change of ownership...
14) Went to a Vodacom store (The same one that did the 1st change of ownership on the # that I am using) were I was informed that Vodacom did not update it.
15) So I one again for the 2nd time had to apply for a change of ownership
16) at the store the person assisting me said it is now updated
17) Received a SMS (on the cell phone number I am using) saying that the change of ownership is done.
18) When checking my billing on the Vodacom APP I have noticed that I am being double charged this month?????
19) so I phoned Vodacom billing department again on 17/02/2017 (a month later and still having problems)
20) now I am being informed that the deceased person's number is now on my name and my number is still on the deceased person's name.... ***!!!! FFS!!!!!
21) I am now also being informed that I must go and do a change of ownership.
22) On 17/02/2017 I receive a email to state that the contract is now deleted.... Not sure what contract now......

Not once was anyone at Vodacom even showing a bit of compassion due to the fact that the person deceased was a family member.
Not once did I get anything out of calling the call centre and or driving around.
Not one could any staff from Vodacom call centre be able to assist me but keep on placing me on hold and making me explain the substantiation the the next person on the line

What I need is for the deceased person's number to be cancelled (That was not upgraded) and for the number I am using to be on my name. I would also need to understand why I am being double billed even if paid up to date.

BUT MOST OF ALL I NEED A COMPETENT PERSON FROM VODACOM TO CONTACT ME TO SORT THIS OUT IN A MATTER OF 24 HOUERS AND NOT A MONTH WITH. I honestly hope the person that contacts me have all the necessary s****s to assist....

Regards

The person with the number they wanted to keep but is still on the deceased person's name that I am using but have my details on the deceased person's number that is suspended that is not used due to them being deceased.....
