VODACOM *********** STAFF AT VODACOM !!!!!! TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT DUE TO THEM EVERY MONTH !!!!! WHAT AN INCONVINIENCE.

I have had endless problems with Vodacom now this is the 4th month. Vodacom if full of *********** STAFF. I am so frustrated with their service.

It all started about 4 months ago when I made a Complaint about why Vodacom - Vodacare charged me money to do a software update since I am a Vodacom contract customer. They then investigated the matter and found out that indeed it was a mistake on their side and they refunded me the R707.00 that I had paid for the software update. I applauded them and thank them for resolving my issue not knowing that it was the beggining of my troubles with Vodacom.

Billing time came and ****s!!!!! I have a debit order arrangement with Vodacom, they decided to take my normal account invoice as well as the refund that they already paid to me. I quiried again and you know what an inconvinience it is, if someone takes money that is not belonging to them, they kicked me out of budget such that I could not even pay my child's school fees. I quiried same with them again and eventually after about 20 days, they refunded me the money. The people who were helping me at the time were NATHAN and ELROY, I am not sure what is it they are not doing right.

This month of June again, the same thing happened, I phoned just to check if they were not going to make the same mistake again and the person who helped me in the accounts department was SEIPATI MOLOBI - this is a recorded phone call and you are welcome to listen to the recording. It was on the 21st of June 2017 at 1622 p.m. I requested that she cancel my debit order since there was the same mistake again on the debit order going off this month, she actually **** to me that she had cancelled the debit order and that I was supposed to pay my dues via EFT and she even send me a message with the banking details where I was supposed to pay as well as the refrence for the payment. Come the 25th my debit order date ..... ****s !!!!! the debit order took more money again that they were not supposed at the same time I had paid my bill via EFT, so this means that due to VODACOM'S STAFF'S INCOMPETENCE, I paid the bill twice this time around. Efforts to get someone to help me with same are fruitless. Noone can help you in Vodacom. some are actually telling me that it is me who is wrong here and a whole lot of nonsense.

Eventually, I went to my bank to reverse the incorrect debit order and you know what this means, it means my bank is going to charge me for the reversal, Vodacom is going to charge me for reversing the Debit Order.

I have been a very LOYAL CUSTOMER to Vodacom, I have 8 contract lines with Vodacom and I have never missed a payment. My question to Vodacom now is - WHEN IS ALL THIS GOING TO BE SORTED OUT SO THAT YOU DO NOT KEEP ON CHARGING ME INCORRECTLY AND INCONVINIENCING ME.

My mistake in the 1st place is that I signed a debit order, giving you freedom to access my account the way you want and take whatever you want every month. I requested that the debit order be cancelled and I am not even sure if same as done because Vodacom staff lies, they are VERY ***********. Debit order does not guarantee that you get your payment. It is my responsibility as a consumer to make sure that I pay my own account. The new Credit Act does not allow anyone to force anyone to sign a debit order. Therefore I nned this cancelled then I can make the payments myself according to what is due to you every month end.

I urgently wait for someone to address my issues and may resolve this once nd for all.

Very dissapointed!!!!!!
