Vodacom= *********** Service Provider

Ever since Vodacom introduced their “Tickets” my airtime has been disappearing. Every day, I buy a WhatsApp/Social Ticket and I get an SMS that the tickets have been activated then, Vodacom starts charging from my airtime instead of the tickets. For the past two weeks, I’ve been calling Vodacom at least two times a day and every day, they refund me and say that the problem has been escalated to their Solution Experts and later, I get a text that the problem has been fixed. Yet, I go through the same problem every day with some consultants saying they can’t refund because I’m not using the tickets correctly.

Today, I’ve called Vodacom four times and the problem was “fixed” four times but here I am, with the exact same problem. The consultants don’t know what’s happening because they all say different things. The one thing that they all say though is: “Ma’am, you’re not the only one who is experiencing this problem.” Which makes me realise that Vodacom doesn’t care about their customer service because if they did, they would prioritize this problem as it is affecting many of their customers!

Vodacom is notorious for *****ing people’s airtime. As a result, I am going to terminate my contract with Vodacom and share my terrible experience on every social platform!
