Vodacom *********** service

I called Vodacom in December 2019 to cancel my contract for the end of January only to be told I should call back the begining of January. I called back early January to cancel my contract because my last debit order was due the end of January 2020. The cancellation agent assured me my contract is cancelled and that I will not be debitted again.

That was not the case as I was debitted at the end of Febuary 2020. I called Vodacom again on 4 March 2020 to find out why I have been debitted again and the cancellation agent said the debit order was set for January 2021. So he cancelled my contract in March 2020 and assured me that I will not have to pay anything and that the problem was resolved and finilized. So I app**** for a home loan only to find out that Iam in arrears with my payment and that I will not get the home loan. I tried multiple times to contact the call centre with no success and when I get through to a call agent they cannot help me.

I phoned again today, 2 June 2020 only to realise that the initial problem was not resolved by Vodacom. This has affected my credit record and the oppertunity to be a home owner was taken away due negligence of Vodacom cancellation department.

I would appreciate it if Vodacom can contact me for once with a solution. I would like to request from Vodacom to immediatly remove my name from their system showing that Iam a slow payer. I have always pride myself as a person that pays on time.

I thank you for your effort in this regard. Feel free to contact me.
