Vodacom, *********** or uninterested?

I have been trying to cancel my vodacom life policy since the 4th/9, i phoned in and was told to email [Email Removed] this email address is obviously ignored, as they are very quick to take your money but as soon as you need to cancel then they suddenly don't exist!, so any way, i have sent Three emails to this address requesting that they assist me with canceling my Life policy, i have yet to receive even just one response!, i went directly onto their website and under the contact us page sent an email .... guess what, no one at vodacom reads emails, as i again have yet to receive a response!, this is utterly pathetic and unacceptable, they are so quick to rope someone in to take your money but when you need to cancel then they couldn't be bothered with assisting you,<br> this is fast becoming a matter of theft!, and i will be logging a complaint on Hellopeter every 5 days i am waiting, as well as taking this to the ombudsman, <br> My advise to the country, cancel all Vodacom accounts you have now! if you don't have any don't get any as you will never be able to change or get your freedom you as a human being deserve!,<br> at this rate i am sure i will see you again in 5D
