Vodacom *********** managers and staff Upgrades JHB

<p>My sister in-law upgraded her contract through the retentions department ,she was promised extra minutes and data and CLI, none of this is happening when we call they keep us on the line for 40 minutes to and hour sometimes cut us off and we speak to several managers and nothing happens. I also told them to come and collect their phone as i do not get what i was promised. At one stage they say it will take 48 hrs nothing happens a manager will promise to come back nothing happens they are ***********</p> <p> </p>
