Vodacom *********** and *****ing from customers

I spoke to Michelle at Vodacom telephonically, on 28/04/2019 to cancel a 4th number from 01/05/2019 and to make it prepaid, which was done. Then on 02/05/2019 I picked up that my primary CONTRACT number was also put to prepaid (WITHOUT MY CONSENT). I did make numerous phone calls to them, and they didn't seem to be too helpful, even though it was their mistake, me as the customer have to go through all this stress now. How can they change an existing contract to prepaid while I am still paying it off? Spoke with Vuzu, and he told me that Monday morning will be sorted out. So I complaint that I will need airtime for the weekend, and he compensated me R100 airtime and 1gig data to help me through the weekend. Then at 11:10 on 05/05/2019, I phoned in again and spoke to Gudlu, and he just told me that I have to wait 5 to 7 working days for this to be resolved, that means I have to wait till Thursday 09/05/2019 to see results hopefully. For me this is not acceptable, it wasn't my mistake. The 1st time I logged this complaint, no one told me that it will take this long for it to be resolved. But that Monday morning they will look at the account and try to resolve this. So in the meantime Vodacom actually stole all my airtime, data and SMS's, for which I already paid. I've been a Vodacom client for more than 20 years. All they are doing now is raising my blood-pressure, and that is not good. If Hello Peter can't help me, I am really taking Vodacom further. Vodacom's *********** staff is making them loose customers.
