Vodacom Incompetency and they are ******

Vodacom agents and their customer service is nonsense, Vodacom needs to train their agents to know one thing ALL of them, every time when you get through to a different agent they tell you a different story from the previous one. I never thought after 30 of years of being Vodacom customer I will hate the network like I do right now because of the incompetency there. Their customer service is worse with this TOBI that they have introduced. I wonder who is the CEO at the moment because woow VOdacom is no longer the same.
