Vodacom - Incompetency and theft.

I did a pre-mature cancellation on one of my Vodacom contracts on the 5 February 2019, where I had to pay R1400 for the cancellation to be confirmed. I've sent in the necessary paperwork along with the proof of payment.

At the beginning of March 2019, another premium for that contract was deducted from my bank account - I phoned the account department after which I spoke to a manager who reassured me the contract was cancelled and that the premium would be refunded to me.

Now, at the beginning of April they made another deduction of R1307-40 for the same cancellation done on the same contract, confirmed and cancelled in February. The excuse being: " The account was invoiced in Feb" . An invoice drawn up two months in advance.

Along with the struggle to cancel this contract and get the money I'm owned back, agents have upgraded some of my contracts under false pretences as well as reversed upgrades without confirmation from me.

I've spoken to more than one manager who was unable to assist me. I've been promised they would get back to me, and now three months later it's still an uphill battle trying to fix simple problem with the cancellation of a contract.

I'm frustrated!! I'm tired of fighting and I just want Vodacom to fix their mistake and give me my money back. I'm considering moving to another service provider.

The service Vodacom provides is pathetic!
