Vodacom Incompetence Perfected

I have in previous months complained about Vodacom's failure to process my debit order which is the agreed mode of payment. They use the incorrect bank code monthly and I have to complain monthly and their incompetence is repeated each and every month. There is no solution after repeated complaints listed on this site.

I am utterly frustrated with this bizarre incompetence. Vodacom's method of communication after they have caused the inconvenience is to text the customer and to cell via an automated cell phone call. Their call centre is totally unable to deal with the problem and provide a lasting solution. Two days ago I requested a call from a supervisor or other resposible person -I still wait and continue to receive automated calls.

This cell phone provider is beyond belief and I intend as a consumer to take action against this conduct.

Is this a response which is any use?
They have been made aware of this complaint every month this year!
What I require is a permanent solution to my complaint. I suggest that this be brought to the attention of senior management in Vodacom and not be left to this kind of inadequate public relations type of standard reply- I want proper action on this not an automated evasion.

I have still not received an acceptable response from Vodacom other than a further text message from their "Customer Care Line" requesting me to update my debit order information. There is nothing to update -it has not changed in over 15 years and they have been informed of it every month this year. Their response is further evidence of their "could not care less" attitude towards a long standing customer. I will terminate my contract as soon as convenient for me but place this complaint so this kind of attitude is exposed.
