Vodacom - Incompetence and very poor service

I phoned Vodacom on the 6th of June 2016 to cancel a data bundle charge on a contract which had expired 2 years ago. I confirmed the number to be cancelled with the consultant and was given a reference number. Two weeks later my cell phone sevices were suspended. I queried this an was told that my cell phone contract had been cancelled! I have been trying to get my contract reinstated since the 24th of June 2016. I was told that my contract had been converted to prepaid and that Vodacom had gone onto a new system and that they only did migrations once a month. Vodacom debited my bank account on the 1st day of the month with the full balance of my contract - 13 months which is the remaining duration of my contract and apparently sent my details to 'Pre - Legal'. Vodacom cancelled the wrong contract and are unable to rectify their mistake and reinstate the contract but they are quite efficient when it comes to debiting your bank account and handing you over to their legal department for a problem that was created by them in the first place! I have been to Vodacom shops three times and made several call to Vodacom to try and get this sorted so that I can use my phone again but nobody at Vodacom seems to know what to do - not even the Supervisors!
