Vodacom, incompetence and lack of knowledge

I can't give a good review for Vodacom as there is a deal for a Xbox one S for R149 a month x 24 months We went into the store they tell us to phone and do it online as this deal is only an online deal. They gave us the number to phone, so we phoned them to apply for the contract. Just for them to tell us we need to go back to the store as they can only do it in store.

We drove all the way back to the store, came there stood outside for a while. The lady came out and asked if she can help, we told her that we were there earlier and explained everything to her. She went in and spoke to the guy, then came out and told us it's only an online deal and even if it was for in store they won't be able to help us as they don't have stock. She didn't suggest that they will be able to order it but never the less. We phoned the online number again while standing there so that they can tell her that it is supposed to be an in store deal. They spoke on the phone... The guy that helped us earlier said we must come in to the store he will see what he can do. We showed him the picture we took of the special that is in the pamphlet and it doesn't show that it is an add-on anywhere. The pamphlet shows that the special is ending in August, he tells us that the special deal was for last month. So we showed him the date, then he told us the deal is only with fibre as that is not what the pamphlet says, anyway He said he is going to call them and find out but he went to the back so we don't know if he really phoned whoever he said he is going to phone. He came back only took our number and said the lady will get back to us.

We don't want the fibre. That is not what the deal says.
