Vodacom incompetence and damages they make to credit scores.

I went to the branch some time last year to apply for a phone contract. I didn't take up a contract and purchased a phone cash due to the delayed response but I just pulled my annual credit report and vodacom did 3 credit enquiry instead of just one. Why this happened is beyond me but they have affected my credit score which I am raising.
